These are the terms for using oasisliving.co. They're short, because the site is simple: it presents our furnished homes and our property management service in Medellín, and helps you start a conversation with us.
Listings, prices and availability
Every home shown is real and managed by us, but availability moves. Prices and monthly figures on the site are indicative and can change; a stay or tenancy exists only once we've confirmed it with you in writing and, where it applies, a rental agreement is signed. Nothing on this site is itself a contract or a binding offer.
Estimates and market figures
Owner earnings estimates, occupancy comparisons and market ranges are honest guides built from our own operating experience and a rate table we maintain by hand. They are informational — never a promise, a quote or a guarantee. Your home, your barrio and how a year unfolds all matter more than any range on a page.
Content and reviews
The photos, text and design of this site are ours (or used with permission) — please don't republish them without asking. Guest and owner reviews are real and quoted verbatim; we don't edit people's words.
Using the site
Use the site as a person looking for a home or a manager for one. Don't scrape it, overload it, or feed the forms anything false or automated.
Accuracy and liability
We work hard to keep everything here accurate and current, and we fix mistakes when we find them — but the site is provided as-is, and we can't accept liability for decisions taken on the site's content alone. The real terms of any stay or management relationship live in the signed agreement, not here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Anything to sort out, we sort out in Medellín.
