I didn't set out to start a company. I had an apartment in Medellín and a problem: every agency I handed it to let it die — up as a listing somewhere, then nothing. No movement, no updates, nobody accountable when it sat empty.

So I stopped looking for a good manager and became one. That's the whole idea behind OASIS — because mine was the home getting ignored, and I never wanted another owner to feel that.

Today we run a small, carefully chosen collection of homes across Medellín's best neighborhoods — each held to the same standard, with 4.9-star ratings and guests who come back. We stay boutique on purpose: hand-run, not mass-managed. The same obsession that started it — just more keys.
