The space
The living room opens onto the balcony and the doors fold right back, so the two become one room. Terracotta tile, green over south Poblado, space for a table and chairs.
The kitchen is a proper one — island with bar stools and full appliances. The dining table seats six.
Three bedrooms, and all three are ensuite — every bedroom has its own bathroom, so nobody shares. A separate social bathroom serves the living areas.

The neighborhood
Santa María de los Ángeles is the flat corner of El Poblado, and that's the point. Most of this side of the city is built into hills and you end up in a taxi for six blocks. Here you walk.
Quiet residential streets, old trees, a church on the park. Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and fruver on the corner. The park is four minutes away — shade, benches, dogs off the leash, and a fruit and veg stand on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
On foot: Aguacatala metro 7 minutes, Santafé Mall and Jumbo 12, EAFIT 13, Oviedo 15.
