I didn't set out to start a company. I had an apartment in Medellín and a problem: every agency I handed it to let it die. It'd go up as a listing somewhere and just sit there — no movement, no updates, nobody accountable when it stayed empty. I had no control and no idea what was happening with my own place.

So I stopped looking for a good manager and became one.

That's the whole idea behind OASIS. We run every home like it's our own — because mine was the one getting ignored, and I never wanted another owner to feel that.
